Client transaction and receipt submissions arrived scattered across email, physical drop-off, and phone calls, pushing all the sorting and categorizing work onto firm staff.
Approach: Built a WhatsApp-based intake flow so clients submit directly in chat, with an automated structured sheet per client and automatic categorization (data bifurcation) as submissions arrive — output structured to match CA filing format.
